SB 330: State Excise Tax/Casualty Insurance Premiums [RPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Aronberg
State Excise Tax/Casualty Insurance Premiums [RPCC]; Provides that a municipality that has entered into an interlocal agreement to provide police protection services to another incorporated municipality, in its entirety, is eligible to receive the premium taxes reported for the other municipality if it notifies the Department of Management Services Division of Retirement, and for as long as the interlocal agreement is in effect, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
