SB 354: Online Dating Safety [EPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Ring

Online Dating Safety [EPCC]; Defines "Florida Member" and "online dating service provider" or "provider." Requires online dating service providers to offer Florida members a safety awareness notification containing, at a minimum, information that increases the awareness of safer dating practices. Requires online dating service providers to display on their home page a link directing Florida members to the safety awareness notification page, etc.
