GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Energy [RPCC]; Revises provisions relating to the renewable energy source property tax exemption, the sales tax exemption on equipment, machinery, and other materials for renewable energy technologies, and renewable energy production tax credit. Revises provisions relating to the renewable energy technologies investment tax credit and authorizes transferability of such credit. Requires the Fla. Alternative Energy Center to certify the sales tax exemption, etc.
