SB 422: School Funding/Student's District of Residence [SPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Baker ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gaetz
School Funding/Student's District of Residence [SPCC]; Provides that when a student is enrolled in one school district but attends a school located in another district, the school district where the student resides shall distribute the funds for the student's education to the school district where the student is enrolled, etc.
