Trust Administration [LPCC]; Provides exceptions to duties & liabilities of cotrustees for excluded cotrustees under specified circumstances; relieves excluded cotrustees from specified liabilities & obligations under specified circumstances; provides for liabilities & obligations of included cotrustees; provides exception for trustee payments of costs & attorney's fees from trust assets except pursuant to court order under specified circumstances, etc.
