Financial Services [FPCC]; Establishes task force to develop business plan for successor financial & cash management system; specifies requirements for strategic business plan; establishes Strategic Markets Research & Assessment Unit within Dept. of Financial Services; revises required percentages of funds collected pursuant to certain taxes on surplus lines premiums & related interest which are deposited into Insurance Regulatory TF & General Revenue Fund, etc.
