Health Care [FPCC]; Authorizes ACHA to transfer funds to Grants & Donations TF for certain repayments; requires agency to develop procurement document & procedure to claim certain federal matching funds; authorizes payment of specified amount for Medicaid services provided by anesthesiologist assistant; revises enrollment requirements relating to Medicaid managed care programs & agency's authority to assign persons to MediPass or managed care plan, etc.
