Byrd Alzheimer's Center and Research Institute; Establishes Johnnie B. Byrd, Sr., Alzheimer's Center & Research Institute within USF; provides statewide mission; directs collaboration with public & private universities & entities; directs use of state funds directly appropriated to institute; prohibits use of such state funds for conducting biomedical research; encourages institute to seek competitive state funding for biomedical research through James & Esther King Biomedical Program, etc. APPROPRIATION.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
