Material Harmful to Minors [LPCC]; Prohibits distributing certain materials to minors; prohibits knowingly using minor in production of certain materials, regardless of whether those materials are intended for distribution to minors or actually distributed to minors; provides that ignorance of minor's age or minor's consent is not defense in prosecution for specified violations; revises legislative intent concerning enforcement of such laws with respect to minors, etc.
