Authority to Ratify Compacts and Agreements; Provides that compacts & agreements entered into between the state & other states, agencies of other states, or Indian tribes within the state must be ratified by Legislature; defines terms; designates Governor as official to negotiate compacts & agreements; provides for submission of compacts & agreements to Legislature & Secretary of State; provides for submission of compacts & agreements to signatories for review & approval.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
