GENERAL BILL by Environment & Natural Resources Council ; Needelman

Water Management; Authorizes inland navigation districts to aid & cooperate with certain nonmember counties, certain seaports, & navigation districts in planning & carrying out waterway access projects; requires FWCC to post & maintain regulatory markers for manatee protection speed zones; removes requirement for DEP to adopt procedural rules for dredge & fill projects; revises provisions for maintenance dredging, etc.
