GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Domestic Violence/Injunction for Protection [LPCC]; Adds circumstances that violate an injunction for protection against repeat violence, sexual violence, or dating violence, including, but not limited to, being within 500 feet of the petitioner's residence, defacing or destroying the petitioner's personal property, or refusing to surrender firearms or ammunition if ordered to do so by the court, etc.
