CS/CS/SB 686: Nursing Facilities [SPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Health Regulation ; Bennett
Nursing Facilities [SPCC]; Provides that every nursing facility that has a standard license may develop a plan to provide training for certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and that the Agency for Health Care Administration may adopt rules regarding the approval, suspension, or termination of such CNA programs. Modifies the definition of adverse incidents for nursing homes to clarify that events reported to law enforcement "for investigation" are adverse incidents, etc.
