Nursing Facilities; Authorizes certain licensed nursing facilities to develop plan to provide certain training for nursing assistants; provides rulemaking authority to AHCA relating to approval of such training courses; deletes requirement that nursing facility notify agency of adverse incident; provides applicability of federal reporting requirements to investigations of adverse incidents, etc.
