PROPOSED BILL by Criminal Justice
Concealed Weapon and Firearm Licenses/Revocation; Authorizes the Department of Law Enforcement to provide data collected from court records to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for purposes of determining whether a license of a person adjudicated incapacitated or committed to a mental institution should be revoked or suspended, etc.
