SB 7058: Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund
PROPOSED BILL by Banking and Insurance
Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund; Creates the Division of the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund as a division of the State Board of Administration. Requires that the division enter into a contract with each insurer writing covered policies in this state to provide to the insurer reimbursement as prescribed by state law. Requires that the division publish certain information in the Florida Administrative Weekly at specified times, etc.
