CS/CS/CS/SB 2156: Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund [EPCC]
GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Governmental Operations ; Banking and Insurance ; Banking and Insurance
Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund [EPCC]; Creates the Division of the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund as a division of the State Board of Administration. Requires that the division enter into a contract with each insurer writing covered policies in this state to provide to the insurer reimbursement as prescribed by state law. Extends for an additional year the offer of reimbursement coverage of up to $10 million for specified insurers, etc.
