Juvenile Justice [LPCC]; Revises provisions relating to community service; provides diversion options; revises provisions relating to dissemination of criminal justice information; redesignates provisions relating to alterative sanctions; revises development of risk assessment instrument; provides for periodic evaluation of risk assessment instrument; provides for Redirection Program, etc. APPROPRIATION: $50,000.
