Land Acquisition and Management; Authorizes distribution of bonds for acquisition of conservation lands; directs Legislature to complete analysis of potential revenue sources by date certain; requires DEP to modernize its information systems; requires that land management plans provide short-term & long-term management goals; provides for funds to be deposited in Florida Forever Trust Fund; revises provisions relating to conservation easements & agreements, etc.
