Detention by Licensed Security Officers; Permits certain licensed security officers to detain certain alleged offenders in reasonable manner until arrival of law enforcement officers; requires transfer of alleged offenders to officers' custody; provides immunity from specified liability for such detentions if done in compliance with provisions.
