Cigarette Tax Revenues; Extends period for transfer of portion of cigarette tax revenues monthly to Board of Directors of H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute for constructing, furnishing, & equipping cancer research, treatment, & related facilities; authorizes use of funds to pay bonds or related financial products; revises provisions providing for use of transferred moneys to include cancer research, treatment, & related facilities.
