Commercial Parasailing; Requires each owner of vessel engaged in commercial parasailing to obtain & carry liability insurance with minimum coverage of $500,000 per person & $1 million per event; requires owner to have proof of insurance at location where parasailing is offered or provided for consideration & requires each customer be provided carrier's name & address & the insurance policy number, etc.
