Residential Tenancies; Prohibits landlord from terminating, failing to renew, or refusing to enter into residential rental agreement because tenant, applicant, or family or household member is victim of domestic violence, dating violence, repeat violence, or sexual violence; prohibits landlord from including in residential rental agreement provision that authorizes landlord to terminate rental agreement, etc.
