Teaching Hospitals/Certificate of Need/Exemptions [SPCC]; Provides an exemption from the requirement to obtain a certificate of need from the Agency for Health Care Administration for establishing certain teaching hospitals on property owned or leased by a state university having an accredited medical school, etc.
