GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Jones

Firefighter and Municipal Police Pensions [RPCC]; Authorizes the terms of office for the board of trustees of the firefighters' pension trust fund to be revised under certain circumstances. Authorizes certain individuals to sign drafts issued upon the firefighters' pension trust fund. Clarifies boundaries of a special fire control district for purposes of assessment and imposition of the excise tax on property insurance premiums, etc.
