Motor Fuels Taxes [EPCC]; Authorizes counties to adopt an ordinance adjusting the rate of the ninth-cent fuel tax or the local option fuel tax based on the percentage change in the Consumer Price Index. Requires each imposition or rate change of the tax to be levied before July 1 in order to be effective January 1 of the following year. Requires that the county furnish a copy of the ordinance to the Department of Revenue, etc.
