Enterprise Zones/Martin County [CPSC]; Authorizes Martin County to apply to the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development for designation of one enterprise zone within a specified area. Exempts residential condominiums from benefiting from incentives derived from state enterprise zones. Provides an application deadline. Specifies the area encompassed by the enterprise zone, etc.
