GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Commerce ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Unemployment Compensation [CPSC]; Redefines the term "employee leasing company" to reflect reporting requirements imposed by the act. Requires an employee leasing company to submit a report regarding its establishments to the Labor Market Statistics Center within the Agency for Workforce Innovation. Provides reporting requirements. Requires the agency to adopt rules. Provides definitions.
