GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Storms

Art in Public Buildings [GPSC]; Repeals specified provision relating to a requirement that a specified portion of appropriations for new construction of state buildings be used for art. Provides for the future reenactment of specified provision and the reversion of the statutory text to that in effect before the repeal. Prohibits expenditures for public art during the interim without prior legislative approval.
