GENERAL BILL by Wilson
Tuition/Resident Status Determination [SPSC]; Provides conditions for reclassification as a resident for tuition purposes. Requires that evidence be provided relating to legal residency and dependent status. Requires institutions of higher education to determine an applicant's dependent status and residency under certain circumstances. Provides additional categories within which students may be classified as residents for tuition purposes. Limits eligibility for state financial aid, etc.
