Clerks of Court; Provides for review & approval or disapproval of Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation budget & clerks' combined budgets by LBC; requires Supreme Court & AG to jointly enter contract with vendor to publish copies of Florida cases; requires clerk of court to pursue collection of specified fees, service charges, fines, court costs, & liens; revises distribution of certain filing fees, etc.
