Motor Vehicle Lien Enforcement; Authorizes sheriffs expediting execution of writ of replevin to recover certain additional expenses; requires sheriffs to expedite certain writs of replevin within specified amount of time; requires courts to advance certain matters related to writs of replevin on calendar; revises amount of bond required to release possessory lien claimed by motor vehicle repair shop, etc.
