Forensic Mental Health Policy [SPSC]; Provides for the creation of a workgroup to review state policy and budgeting issues affecting adults with serious mental illness who also have involvement with the state criminal justice system. Specifies that members serve without compensation. Specifies procedures for reimbursement of travel expenses. Specifies components of the review. Authorizes use of outside research organizations, etc.
