GENERAL BILL by Wise
FRS/Senior Management Service Class [WPSC]; Provides that election to participate in the Senior Management Service Class by elected county officers does not affect the statutory limit on the number of nonelective full-time positions that may be designated for inclusion in the class by a school district. Authorizes the designation of a certain number of nonelective full-time positions for certain school districts for inclusion in said class. Deletes obsolete provisions.
