Sanctions for Certain Court Pleadings; Prohibits monetary sanction against represented party for claim that is presented as good faith argument but that is found to not be supported by application of then-existing law to material facts; prohibits sanctions against party or its attorneys by court on its own initiative if case has already been settled or voluntarily dismissed by that party.
