Retention/Law Enforcement & Correctional Officers; Increases service charge paid for reinstatement of suspended driver's license & privilege to drive; increases civil penalty for late payment of civil traffic penalties; increases fees for reinstating suspended or revoked driver's license; increases processing fees for certificates of eligibility for expunction or sealing of criminal history records, etc.
