GENERAL BILL by Constantine
Exceptional Students with a Disability [SPSC]; Requires the Department of Children and Family Services, the Agency for Health Care Administration, and residential facilities licensed by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to notify certain school districts following the placement of an exceptional student in a private residential care facility. Requires review of the student's individual educational plan. Provides for determining responsibility for educational instruction, etc.
