Medicaid Reform; Requires AHCA to establish legislative workgroup on Medicaid reform; requires report to Legislature; provides for expiration of workgroup on January 1, 2010; eliminates references to choice counseling system, opt-out program, & enhanced benefit accounts; authorizes agency to seek changes to current Medicaid reform waiver; revises objectives for distribution of certain Medicaid program funds, etc.
