CS/CS/SB 1288: Corporations [CPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Commerce ; Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bennett ; Fasano ; Detert
Corporations [CPSC]; Deletes a provision providing that there shall be no charge for telephone requests for certain general corporate information. Requires notice to known claimants of a dissolved corporation. Requires that certain corporations furnish annual financial statements to shareholders within a specified period after the close of a fiscal year. Authorizes a corporation not for profit to make guaranties, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
