SB 1286: Pest Control Compact [EPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Dean ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker

Pest Control Compact [EPSC]; Enacts the Pest Control Compact. Requires the Commissioner of Agriculture to administer the compact. Provides for the establishment of the Pest Control Insurance Fund to finance pest-control operations under the compact. Prohibits a pledge of the assets of a state that is a party to the compact. Provides for the compact to enter into force upon its enactment by five or more states, etc.
