OGSR/Motor Vehicle Records [CPSC]; Removes provisions that are duplicative of the federal prohibition on the release and use of personal information contained in state motor vehicle records under the federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994. Saves the exemption from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act, etc.
