PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Ethics and Elections

OGSR/Campaign Finance Reports [GPSC]; Amends a provision relating to an exemption from public records requirements for user identifications and passwords held by the Department of State and information entered into the department's electronic filing system in connection with the electronic filing of campaign finance reports. Reorganizes the exemption and clarifies provisions. Saves the exemption from repeal under the OGSR Act. Removes the scheduled repeal of the exemption.
