City of Tampa, Hillsborough County; Amends provisions of General Employees' Pension Plan for City of Tampa; revises & provides definitions; provides that city shall pay certain fund contributions; provides non-spouse beneficiaries option to rollover death benefits; provides for certain refunds; revises construction; revises benefit limits; provides default distribution when member fails to choose option; revises direct rollover options.
