Employment Discrimination; Creates Helen Gordon Davis Equal Pay Protection Act; provides legislative findings relating to equal pay for equal work for women; recognizes importance of AWI & FCHR in ensuring such equal pay; requires AWI to conduct studies & provide information to employers, labor organizations, & public concerning means available to eliminate pay disparities between men & women; creates Governor's Recognition Award for Pay Equity in the Workplace, etc.
