Department of Management Services; Substantially revises responsibilities of DMS with respect to use & management of state-owned office buildings & lease of privately owned buildings by state; provides that DMS has exclusive authority over existing & future leases to state agency of space for administrative direction & support services; provides for right of DMS to direct agency to occupy specific location, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2009 except as otherwise provided
