Child-restraint Requirements [CPSC]; Provides child-restraint requirements for children ages 4 through 7. Provides exceptions. Redefines the term "motor vehicle" to exclude certain vehicles from such requirements. Provides a grace period and exceptions.

Effective Date: 07/01/2009 except as otherwise provided
