Construction Contracting Requirements/Exemptions [CPSC]; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S674 & S1422) Requires that owners of property acting as their own contractor and providing direct, onsite supervision of all work not performed by licensed contractors read and sign a disclosure statement before a permit is issued. Requires that the disclosure statement contain certain statements and provisions.
