Orlando/Firefighter Pension Fund/Orange County; Provides member with 20 years or more of service who is involuntarily determined to be disabled not in line of duty right to elect normal service retirement; changes accrual rate for normal retirement benefit; changes accrual rate for line of duty death benefits; increases Back DROP period; authorizes legislative body of City of Orlando to amend pension plan to adjust pension plan to comply with Internal Revenue Code, etc.
