Veterans; Requires school districts to observe Veterans' Day & Veterans' Awareness Week; provides requirements for such recognition; directs DCFS to establish up to three pilot projects for purpose of reducing suicide among veterans & increasing access to services; provides duties of DCFS; provides requirements for pilot project programs, etc.
