Restraint/Seclusion/Students with Disabilities; Prohibits school personnel from manually physically restraining student with disabilities except in emergency when imminent & significant threat to physical safety of student or others exists; provides further restrictions on use of manual physical restraint & other disciplinary methods; provides for medical evaluation after restraint; provides requirements for training of school personnel, etc.
